On January 13, 2026, Pierson posted about recent developments in Australia regarding social media regulations. She wrote, “Australia gets it! Big win for parents. Neuroscience matters! Meta blocks 550,000 accounts under new law protecting their children.” The post referenced actions by Meta to block hundreds of thousands of accounts in response to new legislation aimed at safeguarding children online.

Later that day, Pierson encouraged her followers to view additional content by posting, “Must watch!” on January 13, 2026.

On January 14, 2026, she addressed questions about gender and pregnancy with the statement: “The answer is No. Men cannot get pregnant. TrUsrThEsCieNCe”

Pierson assumed office after winning election in 2025 and succeeded Justin Holland as representative for Texas’s 33rd House district.
