Katrina Pierson, Republican and Texas State House representative for the 33rd district since 2025, posted tributes and event highlights on her Twitter account in mid-May 2026.
On May 15, Pierson recognized law enforcement officers who lost their lives in service. She wrote, “Today we honor the peace officers who gave their lives protecting our communities and defending the rule of law.

The following day, May 16, Pierson highlighted a local charity event benefitting Women in Need. She posted, “Fashion, fun and fellowship met mission and impact in a fabulous charity event.
