On May 15, Pierson recognized law enforcement officers who lost their lives in service. She wrote, “Today we honor the peace officers who gave their lives protecting our communities and defending the rule of law.

We remember their sacrifice, pray for their families, and stand with the men and women who continue to serve.

The following day, May 16, Pierson highlighted a local charity event benefitting Women in Need. She posted, “Fashion, fun and fellowship met mission and impact in a fabulous charity event.
