On Friday, March 14, former Kaufman High School standout John Maldonado Jr.’s current college team, the UTSA Roadrunners, lost 14-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Dallas Baptist Patriots.
The game took place at Horner Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Patriots this season.
The Roadrunners’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 3 p.m. at Horner Ballpark against Dallas Baptist Patriots.
The upcoming week starting Monday, March 2 will feature these former East Dallas area high school athletes.
