The committee will additionally review health conditions affecting at-risk populations and investigate effective practices from other states. However, records concerning therapeutic termination of pregnancy are excluded from collection, maintenance, and disclosure under this bill. If passed by a two-thirds majority, the bill takes immediate effect; otherwise, it becomes effective on Sept. 1, 2025.
