On Friday, March 28, former North Forney High School standout Hayeli Acosta’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaparrals, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Sul Ross Lobos.
The game took place at Lobo Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Lobos this season.
The Lady Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 12 p.m. at UTPB Softball Park against Texas–Permian Basin Falcons.
The upcoming week starting Monday, March 2 will feature these former East Dallas area high school athletes.
