On Sunday, March 23, former North Forney High School standout Hayeli Acosta’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaparrals, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the West Texas A&M Buffaloes.
The game took place at Schaeffer Park. This was their second matchup against the Buffaloes this season.
The Lady Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 3 p.m. at Lobo Softball Field against Sul Ross Lobos.
