On Saturday, March 15, former Rockwall High School standout Carter Smith’s current college team, the Angelo State Rams, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Western New Mexico Mustangs.
The game took place at Mayer Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Mustangs this season.
The Rams’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 2 p.m. at Mayer Softball Field against Eastern New Mexico Greyhounds.
The upcoming week starting Monday, March 2 will feature these former East Dallas area high school athletes.
