A section of Stevens Road in Rockwall County, specifically the 2300 block about 800 feet east of Ridge Hollow Road, has been temporarily closed due to damage affecting both the road and a culvert. The Rockwall County Road and Bridge Department placed message boards in the area to inform drivers about the lane closures.

The department stated it will monitor conditions over the weekend and begin repairs as soon as weather allows. Drivers are urged to be cautious when traveling through this part of Stevens Road.
