City of Frisco issued the following announcement on March 24
Tonight, Collin County reported a 41-year-old Frisco man tested positive for novel coronavirus (COVID-19). He has underlying health conditions and is self-isolating in his home. This marks the 13th case in Frisco and is the 53rd positive case in Collin County.
