City of Crandall issued the following announcement on July 27.
The City of Crandall City Council will hold a Public Hearing for a Site Plan Review request by Bridget Hernandez. The property is located at 204 N. 1st St., Crandall Texas, Crandall Original 2 Block 22 lots 9, 10. The purpose of this request is to seek approval for the site plan of a 14 X 20, 280 square foot shed for storage purposes only.
The Public Hearing will be held on August 17, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Crandall Municipal Court Chambers, 104 East Trunk Street, Crandall, Texas.
All persons interested in the above referenced request are invited to attend the public hearing and to provide their comments at that time.
