City Of Crandall issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
The City of Crandall Planning and Zoning Commission and the Crandall City Council will hold Virtual Public Hearings on a request for approval of a Final Plat for Heartland Phase 14 as requested by Huffines Communities. Heartland Phase 14 consists of a 33.543-acre tract of land situated in the John Moore Survey, Abstract Number 309, City of Crandall ETJ Kaufman Municipal Utility District No. 10 Kaufman County, Texas. Heartland Phase 14 is generally located West of Hometown Blvd. and South of Kirby Rd.
