CITY OF CRANDALL: Public Hearing Variance to the Zoning by Carlos Palacio 1/04/21

City Of Crandall issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.

The City of Crandall Planning and Zoning Commission and the Crandall City Council will hold a Virtual Public Hearings on a request for a Variance to the Zoning by Carlos Palacio.  The Property is a vacant lot located in the D. Wilkerson Survey, Abstract No. 566, City of Crandall, Kaufman County, Texas, and being all of lot 7, block 7, Murphy’s Addition commonly referred to as 306 College St. Crandall Texas.  The purpose of this variance request is to build a single-family residence on a 60’ lot in the Crandall 6.5 Zoning Classification.  

The Virtual Public Hearing for the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. hosted through zoom.  Meeting Link: https://zoom.us/j/91385748320

The Virtual Public Hearing for the City of Crandall City Council will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. hosted through zoom.  Meeting Link: https://zoom.us/j/95272595827
