Thank you to Rockwall Breakfast Rotary! They donated $7,500 to the City of Rockwall to start a fund for the new American flag that welcomes visitors to our city.
The money is earmarked to replace the 50x80’ flag as necessary. The City has the funds available, but contributions are always welcomed.
