WATER CONSERVATION EMERGENCY ALERT | http://www.heathtx.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/NTMWDAlert.jpg
The City of Heath has been notified by the City of Rockwall that water supply to the City of Heath will be stopped for a 20-hour period starting at 7:00 am, Thursday January 26th, 2023 and running to the early morning hours of Friday January 27th.
This curtailment of flow from the City of Rockwall is necessary for the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) to complete a water main connection.
All City of Heath residents and businesses are urged to conserve water usage during this time as the water available for use will be limited to supplies in the City of Heath elevated and ground storage tanks.
We respectfully request that all irrigation and other discretionary uses of water be curtailed during this 20-hour period.
Please direct any questions regarding this request to Matthew Holzapfel, P.E., Director of Public Works at mholzapfel@heathtx.com
