On Saturday, March 9, former Pomona Catholic School standout Ashley Diaz’s current college team, the Texas A&M-Commerce Lions, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division II game against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.

The game took place in Corpus Christi, Texas. This was their third matchup against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 12 at 3 p.m. in Huntsville, Texas against Sam Houston State Bearkats.
