On Thursday, May 8, former North Forney High School standout Hayeli Acosta’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaparrals, lost 9-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the West Texas A&M Buffaloes.
The game took place at Schaeffer Park. This was their sixth matchup against the Buffaloes this season.
The Lady Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 2:30 p.m. at Schaeffer Park against Colorado Mesa Mavericks.
